Historically, Belitung Raya Foundation maintained the website www.belitungraya.org. Beginning 1 January 2026, all publishing operations and the main website are managed by PT Belitung Raya Publisher at www.belitungraya.org, ensuring continuity for authors, readers, and indexing services.
The Belitung Raya Foundation is continuing its activities on a new website: belitungraya.com.
As our journal publishing work expanded over the years, it became clear that a dedicated entity was needed to professionally manage and scale those operations. In 2026, we transferred the publishing division to PT Belitung Raya Publisher to ensure better focus and compliance, while allowing the foundation to focus on its core mission.
The foundation is planning programs centered on social and community empowerment, with a focus on education, public well-being, and research-backed initiatives. This includes establishing a community-based research center to support evidence-driven programs that benefit local communities in Belitung and beyond.
The Belitung Raya Foundation and PT Belitung Raya Publisher are separate legal entities, each with distinct operations and registrations.
The Publisher was originally part of the Foundation but became independent in January 2026 to professionally manage journal publishing while maintaining close collaboration with the Foundation.
This partnership ensures both entities can focus on their missions: the Foundation on social, research, and community programs, and the Publisher on advancing peer-reviewed academic scholarship.
Both organizations continue to uphold integrity, transparency, and the shared vision of fostering education, research, and public benefit.

Activity and Operational Update (2015–2025)
Between 2015 and 2025, the foundation focused on supporting academic development through nonprofit journal publishing and knowledge-sharing initiatives. These activities were aligned with the foundation's commitment to advancing education and public benefit.
In 2026, the publishing division was formally transferred to a separate legal entity (PT Belitung Raya Publisher) to enhance operational focus. The foundation is planning social welfare programs that support the community and align with its long-term mission.
